There is always plenty to do on a farm and ours is no exception. The seasonal jobs come around without fail, with lambing starting at the beginning of each year.
The sheep keep us busy with general husbandry and of course shearing before the weather gets too hot.
The Summer months see us cutting, baling and carrying hay bales, with a second crop producing large bales of silage.
Fencing, ditching and general maintenance of buildings, boundaries and machinery eat the hours of every single day. Hard work, but satisfying and well worth while.
Year round the farm is alive with activity, should visitors be interested.
